Wednesday Early run
This run is a brisk 3 1/2 hour ride around cheshire leaving the shop at 6.25am, usually back at shop for 10.20 with a coffee stop thrown in, all welcome. Two Meeting Points:- Wills Wheels Shop (Stockport)6.25am Across the road from RickGreens (Handforth) Shop 7.00am | 25

Thusday Summer Chaingangs. The Thursday evening ChainGangs run throughout the summer months and are approx 50 miles around Cheshire. This is the steadier of the two Chaingangs and regroups part way round the circuit for any stagglers to get back on. Leaving the Rising Sun at 18.30. This runs every week in most weathers. Lights are recommended for the ride home. | 26

Saturday Morning Runs. Meeting every week at the Rising Sun, the run takes the same route over the Brickworks and back through cheshire. Leaving at 8.00am sharp! the ride is approx 3-1/4 hours and is a steady training pace. (18-21mph) All welcome. | 28
